PROJECT 1 - Main and small gate

The basic fabrication of small and main gate which operate with motor was required to be light in wait to accommodate 5D Centurion motor, 4 m long and 1.2 m height. The main gate was drafted and designed by hand instead of Computer Aid Design (CAD), the welding machine utilized was Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), the steel and grade of material was SANS S355 JR + AR. The project was declared successful because it met and exceed the customer expectation, below the budget and within time frame

PROJECT 2 - The step

The customer required rust resistance and step support. The draft and design was performed by hand. all the measurement was captured and taken to consideration. Factor of safety and ergonomic was prioritized throughout. Mild steel was selected with intension to galvanize on final product. The project was successful base on the on the customer surveys, customer budget and time frame.

PROJECT 3 - Metallic storage

The Customer required the steel storage of 9 m long , 2 m height and 2 m width. The Steel tubes frames were to be 120 mm x 120 mm x 3.5 mm all around, it was also required to be fork lift able in both sides. The draft and design was established and issued. The perfumed welding was CO2 gas welding. The sided plates was welded in all sides and the door was included. The premier painting was red oxide and finally paint grey finish paint was finalized.

PROJECT 4 - 45 degrees elbow

The 600 mm diameter coated, rust resistance and 45 degrees elbow quantity of 5 was done. this was to base of customer requirement. The project was the sub project, to trans meet cooling system of the pneumatic generators. the stand bracket was also required to balance the transmission of cooling fluid. the project was declared successful base on the customer satisfaction surveys, budget and time frame.
